Escuela Biblica de Liderazgo holds graduation

Four students received diplomas during the graduation ceremony of Escuela Bíblica de Liderazgo Jan. 26 at First Southern Baptist Church, Phoenix.

Receiving the basic level diploma were Andres Botero, a member of Tempe Christian Church, Tempe; Salvador Pedrote, a member of Mercy Hill Church, Phoenix; and
Carlos Meneses, who is planting Iglesia Vida Cristiana Practica, Phoenix. Yolanda Ramirez received the intermediate level diploma.

Ashley Evans, Arizona Southern Baptist Convention president and pastor of 22nd Street Baptist Church, Tucson, gave the commencement address. Others participating in the service included Fernando Amaro, school director; Ramon Rodriguez, a school instructor and pastor of Iglesia Bautista Central, Phoenix; David Johnson, AZSBC executive director; and AZSBC facilitators Josue Castro, Ken Belflower and Keith Henry.
