Mike says, “The heart of the workshop is an observation I’ve made as I’ve worked with churches all over the country last year.”

• The greatest danger to churches and pastors right now is an unconscious pull to attempt to recreate their pre-pandemic ministry reality instead of reassessing and shifting to where the Holy Spirit is working now.
• This a ½ day collaborative workshop designed for pastors to experience personal missional renewal, missional refocusing, and strategic letting go and taking up. We want to encourage pastors to take their next step into focused missional action.
