Network Call to Prayer

The world around us is in crisis. From the war in Ukraine to millions of displaced peoples to natural disasters, we are living in tumultuous times. In our own country, rising prices, political turmoil, and cultural changes are affecting our families and churches. All of that means it is time for us to come together to pray.

Easter is an opportunity for our churches to proclaim and demonstrate the hope we have in Christ. It is a unique time to reach our communities and invite our neighbors to church. And best of all, it gives us a chance to share the gospel with people who do not know Jesus. This gives us even more reasons to gather to pray for one another and our churches in this season.

We are calling the Arizona Southern Baptist Mission Network to pray together in an online prayer meeting on Wednesday, April 13, from 8:00-8:45 a.m. We will be led by pastors and leaders from around our state and will focus our praying for churches reaching people on Easter Sunday and a world in crisis. What better time and what better activity could we do on the Wednesday before Easter than to join together to pray?
